The production of our wines is made from the famous grape varieties. The reds are made from merlot, sirah, granaze, rouze, muskomavro and moschato, while the whites are rodite, uni blank, sabbatian, zoumiatiko. Tsipouro is produced with traditional two-day fermentation and is available in bulk.
